Mainline achieves 93% customer satisfaction rate for 2019

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and to make sure we understand our customers, we decided to introduce Customer Satisfaction surveys. Since the introduction the feedback we have received has been brilliant, and any comments raised and actioned promptly. We hope you will continue to help us monitor our service to ensure we perform at the very highest level.

We are delighted to announce that over the last 12 months we have achieved a 93% customer satisfaction rate!

The survey is scored in several different areas such as placing the order, delivery, pricing and overall customer service. All of which are key components to our overall customer experience.

We also include an area where customers can include written feedback and some of what we received signifies why this has been a stand out year for the business:
