Mainline passes audits with flying colours!Posted July 25, 2019
Service to our customers is the way we have grown Mainline year after year and to make sure that we are exceeding customer expectations, we must pass rigorous audits. We are extremely proud to announce that this year’s audit results have been exceptional.
These results could only be achieved with our fantastic, hard-working team, who everyday go above and beyond for each of our customers.
The Achilles audit is internationally and nationally recognised for health and safety, quality and overall environmental systems. We are proud to announce that we received a score of 99%.

Mainline were audited on the ISO 9000, which is a family of quality management systems standards designed to help companies ensure that they meet the needs of customers while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service. Mainline takes customer service levels extremely seriously and are proud to announce that this audit was passed with flying colours.
The final audit that was conducted was ISO 14001, which is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system. This is another audit that was passed successfully by Mainline and the team were very proud to receive the following comments by the auditor:
