The Genie GR 20 proves a popular option for mechanical and electrical contractors working in warehouses and offices where the workspace is tight or where multiple contractors are working in one small area. Used regularly where there is insufficient space for scissor lifts, this machine provides great versatility for maintenance, repairs, and new M&E installations.

Personnel lifts offer a stable, safe and practical alternative to ladders. Low level access machines provide workers with a safe surface to keep tools on whilst working at height and offer far greater convenience and efficiency than ladders. Mainline’s personnel lift hire service includes models with heights ranging from 2 metres to 14 metres.

Amongst our selection, the remarkably compact Power Tower Nano push-around lift is proving extremely popular. This personnel lift has a working height of 4.5 m with a low platform entry height of only 360 mm, making it ideal for passing easily through single doorways and narrow hallways. Other features include solid non-marking tyres and a 200 kg safe working load.

Other popular models include JLG’s Pecolift and Ecolift. These non-powered (or push around) low level access lifts are currently the only aerial platforms that do not use batteries or hydraulics. With a working height of 4.2 m, these lifts are the ultimate environmentally friendly solution.

Our vast fleet provides solutions for any job and our experienced sales staff and account managers are always on hand to answer any questions you may have on our range of low level access hire solutions. Please get in touch today for more information.

Low level access machines prove a great option for indoor warehouse jobs such as picking stock as well as shelving and inventory management. They are also a popular choice for cleaning, painting and maintenance jobs and are frequently used in factories, shopping centres, offices, train stations and on construction projects.

Options include powered, non-powered (or self-propelled) lifts, as well as pop-up and telescopic mast lifts.

Our selection of low-level access hire products includes industry leading brands such as Boss, Power Tower, Dingli, NanoSnorkel and JLG’s Pecolift, which is specifically designed for clean environments such as hospitals and food and drink facilities.

Benefits

Personnel lifts are ergonomically designed to prevent neck and knee strain and avoid fatigue. As they are lighter than scissor lifts, push-around lifts are a good choice when working on a floor with weight restrictions. They are also suitable for solo workers.

These lifts include a number of features designed to assist in safe and efficient working such as:

  • Rapid set up
  • Non-skid deck
  • Narrow baskets
  • Auto-lock wheels
  • Self-closing gates
  • Low-floor Loading
  • Driveability at full height
