Worst service experienced by a company. The machine which I hired did not arrive on Worst service experienced by a company. The machine which I hired did not arrive on the Monday as scheduled and I had to cancel the engineers incurring a cost of £265.00. I re-scheduled the machine for the Wednesday and found that they had sent the incorrect spec and it would not fit through the doors, another cancellation of engineers to the cost of £140.00. Mainline attempted to put the blame back onto me and advised that i had not advised of the spec. I sent the call recording and they then agreed that it was their fault. After all this, they have now informed me that their contract advises that they are not liable for third party contracts and therefore we have to incur the charges. Please read: 12.B) which states that the owner of the equipment accepts no liability or responsibility for any charges incurred from any third party as this was their response to my request for them to incur the said charges. Shortly followed by another. When the Mainline employee was questioned he apologised but this was short-lived, when acceptance of his apology didn't follow immediately he questioned my attitude.
