Steve started with Mainline in March 2007 as a Regional Account Manager having been in the industry since 1989 running depots for national hire companies covering plant, tools, lifting equipment and powered access.

As our Key Account Manager, Steve is well versed in working with Project Managers as their main point of contact.  He can assist procurement departments to develop a plan with multiple bulk deliveries and arrival and collection of access and plant in line with the build timeline.  It is a challenging role which requires Steve to draw on his many years of experience working with racking, M & E, HVAC, fire suppression companies.  He works tirelessly, through regular site visits, to ensure our customers can work efficiently, with the right kit, in the right place at the right time.  And when things go wrong, he is always there, supported by an experienced, talented team focused on the customer’s experience.

As site demands change, Mainline adapts and acquires new innovative machines.  Steve’s in-depth knowledge of the industry ensures the cost benefits are relayed to our customers, including advice on working processes to get the most from the equipment and resources.  Over the years, Steve has built strong working relationships with small and blue-chip customers who know they can rely on him to deliver whatever the industry demands. Whether it be mezzanine flooring installers, climate control, electricians, engineering or general builders, Steve has it covered.
